– Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.
– If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.
– As mentioned earlier in our shipping policy, we are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
– Kurtilovers shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
– The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. In either of the cases, the customer has to send a Video of unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof to our whatsApp number (+916351333620). The buyer has to raise a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.
– We shall issue replacement, exchange or return, whichever is feasible to us, provided that the damaged product is reshipped by the buyer themself to the address that is requested by us within 3 days of delivery.
– A replacement will only be provided. An exchange or refund can only be issued in-case of unavailability of the same product.
– Please note that all products under Sale or purchased using coupon/discount code shall not be valid for any return/exchange/refund.
– No return/exchange/refund on Accessories & International Shipping.
– Kurtilovers reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to (number) within 3 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 business days of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents along with the product.
Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by KURTILOVERS , it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Return Policy We offer return within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged. You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase.
